Club members enter club-specific information into the text blocks in the Word document in order to customize the brochure.  (Helpful Hint:  when inserting club logo, you should remove the text box first and then insert art work.)

The PDF brochure back is ready to print, either on a laser printer or by a local quick print shop.Additional options are:
1.       If the club’s members have no access to a local quick print shop, they may enter the text, e-mail the Word document to me with a quantity needed and a ship-to address, and I will see the brochures are printed.  The club can then reimburse me for the actual quick-print cost.

2.      If the club’s members want me to help them with the customization of the brochure, I certainly will be happy to do that, too.  They will need to provide me with the content either via telephone conversation or e-mail.

3.   If any Rotary club wants a map inserted, they simply insert it in the area with the large
      text block, or they can call and we will do that task for them.
